Designing the identity of a $1,5M startup working in the AI space
Cognee is a tech startup based between Berlin and San Francisco, working in the field of artificial intelligence. Our first dialogue with the founders immersed us in a world of extreme complexity: their product is a knowledge processing system that organizes data before feeding it to large language models (LLMs). Fully grasping the scope of this technology required in-depth analysis, but the challenge was too exciting to pass up. Working with a startup moving at supersonic speed was an important testing ground for us, pushing us to operate with maximum agility and precision.
The challenge
Given the product's highly technological nature, the onboarding phase was crucial. Our priority was twofold: first, to understand the strategic value that Cognee's solution brings to the AI projects it integrates with; second, to thoroughly analyze the target audience, composed mainly of developers and tech companies with very specific needs.
